Who We Are
We are a diverse group of women who range in age from our mid 20’s and into retirement. We come together to share knowledge, develop friendships, create memories, and build support systems that bond us to one another as we grow, both professionally and personally. We are a Sorority, comprised of homemakers, business women, volunteers, executives and retirees, uniting to create relationships that last a lifetime.

is an annual event that has evolved out of the work of the Tennessee Economic Council on Women. Hosted locally by the East Tennessee Women’s Leadership Council, group of women volunteers who share a common interest in improving the lives of women in East Tennessee.. The Summit has evolved from the East Tennessee Regional Economic Summit. In 2012, the focus changed to women’s leadership.
Now the Summit’s speakers and activities are targeted to help women in East Tennessee Live. Learn. Lead. in all aspects of their lives. That means women should be able to
